SAP PMO / Project Coordinator - Italian & English Speaking – Remote Position (with some travel to Milan, Italy for project milestones). Our client in Milan, Italy is looking to hire an SAP PMO (Project Management Office) Officer to primarily work in a team coordination function on a major SAP integration project for a fashion brand. Experience needed: * Previous experience working in as an IT PMO * Experience working on SAP projects * Strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management and communication abilities. Nice to have (but not mandatory experience): * Experience working on SAP integration project * Familiarity with system integration concepts (interfaces, data flows, integration testing) * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (planning, production, plant logistics, quality)



and how they interface with other corporate systems The role will involve: * Oversee integration activities between SAP and external systems (MES, WMS, PLM, suppliers and partners) * Managing cross-team dependencies, timelines, risks, issues, testing and project reporting * The role focuses on integration governance and coordination Additional information: * Initially the role will be tempo parziale (for 1 month, 2-3 days per week), moving to a full-time role thereafter. * The initial contract will be for 3 months with a 9 month extension likely.
