Testing & Quality Assurance
Execute comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer operational environments.
Problem Analysis & Issue Escalation
Maintain a precise, analytical, and rigorous approach to highlight issues, bugs, and system anomalies early in the development lifecycle.
Describe technical issues and edge cases with extreme clarity and precision to perform rigorous escalation to project development groups (Software/Firmware).
Technical Operations & System Integration
Support software and firmware installations, configurations, and technical troubleshooting on cash recyclers and associated cloud/server solutions.
Monitor cash transactions, acceptor feeds, cassette bill/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.
