How you’ll make an impact * Guide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices, processes and policies. * Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting. * Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation. * Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
