Responsible for driving business, meeting budgets, and maintaining a proactive business plan. What you'll do: People: * Inspire, lead and coach store management teams * Recruit and develop top talent * Manage HR issues with HRBP * Partner with HR and Finance on performance tools Service: * Support customer service resolution * Drive revenue through local events * Collaborate with partners and corporate teams Sales: * Analyze reports and action plans * Track business results * Identify marketing opportunities Operations: * Ensure brand standards and merchandising * Inventory, logistics, audits, and peak planning * Remote team management * Travel 3 days per week What you'll need:
