Role Purpose:
The customer management team has the target to meet performances, costs and timing of the integration of our engines on our customer’s vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of reference for the customer on non purely commercial aspects.
- Support sales activities, bringing the voice of the customer and their particular needs.
- Collect issues to be discussed / solved with the engine platform team, driving priorities
