This role combines initiating new business opportunities with the expansion of relationships and revenues within an assigned portfolio of existing clients. /ppYou will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline, leading the full sales cycle and positioning Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database and related solutions to HR and Compensation Benefits (CB) leaders. Working directly with local and EMEA colleagues, you will assist Italian organisations in using compensation data. research and qualify new sales opportunities for our Talent Data Solutions (compensation surveys, databases, platforms and related services). /liliBuild and run a robust pipeline of prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, events, partnerships and referrals. /liliPrioritise high‑potential targets and implement the commercial plan for Data Solutions in Italy with a clear focus on acquiring new clients. /liliLead the end‑to‑end new business sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, dealing and closing. /liliEngage with executives and key decision‑makers (HR Directors, CB Leaders and Finance leaders) to understand their strategic compensation and rewards needs and position Aon’s solutions accordingly. /liliDevelop strong product and market knowledge to clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiation in complicated situations. /li /ulpAccount Management Growth /pulliLead a defined group
