You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsabilities: * Support the Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Front Office. * Lead, motivate, and develop the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service standards. * Create personalised and memorable guest experiences, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.



* Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. * Anticipate guest needs and provide service that exceeds expectations, fostering guest loyalty and retention. * 2+ years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities. * Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations. * Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred. * Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
