This role develops, deploys and sustains maintenance planning and execution standards across EMEA plants. It supports BOE Maintenance deployment, CMMS/SFOL standardisation, Global Maintenance Standards rollout, PM compliance reporting, RCA quality, maintenance-event planning and regional improvement initiatives. The role works closely with plant engineering teams,
regional maintenance leadership, global maintenance/BOE teams and system support to improve maintenance discipline, equipment reliability, compliance, cost control and shared learning across the region.
How You'll Make a Difference
The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to make a difference, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes:
• Lead maintenance planning and execution standardisation across EMEA, including annual plans, weekly planning routines and supporting major maintenance-event preparation from 12 weeks out through post-event review.
• Support BOE Maintenance deployment by maintaining regional progress visibility, reviewing plant evidence, coaching sites on templates and criteria, and supporting assessment readiness.
• Standardise and improve CMMS/SFOL use for procedures, orders, requests, interventions, reporting and trace
