Working closely with local managers and the international HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, facilitate employee-related processes, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace. This is a hands-on, collaborative role, focused on supporting business needs and ensuring the effective implementation of established HR policies and practices. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and local managers. /liliCoordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.



/liliSupport the execution of performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives. /liliAssist in addressing employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when appropriate. /liliCoordinate HR documentation and liaise with external payroll and employment advisors. /liliMonitor employee data and prepare regular HR reports. /liliSupport the local implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and international HR projects. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner role. /liliGood working knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration. /liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. /liliProfessional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. /li /ulh3Opportunities /h3pOpportunity to work in one of the fastest growing scaleups.
