In this role, you will be based at our Italian HQ in Monza and your main responsibilities will be: /p ul libCollaborate with business leaders and People Culture Business Partners /b to consult on advanced compensation and benefits topics, creating innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues. /li libDesign, implement, manage and communicate /b innovative and effective rewards programs and policies that align with organizational strategy. /li libMonitor and assess compliance, regulatory environment and best practices /b related to rewards, ensuring global and local/legal guidelines are understood and adhered to. /li libProvide guidance, coaching and training /b to Reward Analysts within PSS to enable understanding of organizational structures, policy interpretation, and global reward practices. /li libDrive practice enhancements /b through participation in global and local project squads aligned with the Compensation, Benefits Recognition Area of Practice. /li libEnsure governance of all spine topics /b, prioritize work using decision principles,

Roche Italy offers a 14-month period salary. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience and qualifications.
