pAscension Federal Services, Inc. (AFS) is seeking candidates to support a Scalable GEOINT program. Provide on-site GEOINT IT support in Vicenza, Italy, connecting local users with the enterprise support team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pProvide independent on-site break/fix and advanced troubleshooting for GEOINT workstations and applications. /p pResolve SOCET GXP, operating-system, hardware, and local connectivity issues; coordinate with the Fort Gordon helpdesk. /p pMaintain secure system configurations, equipment accountability, and detailed incident and repair records. /p pInstall and test equipment and software, coordinate vendor repairs, and train users. /p pEvaluate upgrades and workflow improvements; guide support personnel on complex technical problems. /p h3Required qualifications /h3 p10+ years in user and field support; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.



Extensive hands-on support experience and the ability to work independently on advanced user problems. /p pRequired certifications: ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+. /p h3Security and assignment requirements /h3 pFinal Top Secret clearance required at start of work. This is a TS/SCI mission; SCI access is subject to customer requirements. Meet applicable cyber workforce certification and computing-environment training requirements before performance/privileged access. /p pMust meet Italy Technical Representative accreditation and applicable SOFA/travel requirements.
