Our clients include Top 50lifesciences,pharma,biotech,andmedtech companies around the globe. /p br/ h3Responsibilities. /h3 h31) Compliance Risk Management: /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain the company’s compliance framework covering ESG/environmental compliance, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, AML/KYC, and other applicable requirements. /li liMonitor legal and regulatory requirements; conduct compliance risk assessments, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation. /li liDevelop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, risk registers, and training programs. /li liConduct third-party compliance due diligence, including KYC, AML, sanctions, and integrity screening, and monitor relevant restrictions. /li liMaintain and monitor the Environmental and Social Management System (ISO 14001), including relevant risks, objectives, controls, audits, and documentation; provide legal support for the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) and support the implementation of new management systems as required. /li liCoordinate ESG compliance activities, including assessments, reporting, recordkeeping, and liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h32) Corporate Legal: /h3 ul liDraft and review corporate documents and facilitate their approval.



/li liProvide legal support for legal entity matters, permits, certificates, and statutory filings. /li liHandle trademark registration, maintenance, and protection. /li /ul h33) Contract Management: /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements and provide legal support for tender documents. /li /ul h34) Legal Advisory Administrative Support: /h3 ul liProvide legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters and support regulatory submissions. /li liLiaise with regulators, external counsel, auditors, and certification bodies. /li liMonitor relevant legal and regulatory developments. /li liMaintain corporate, contract, and compliance records and support other governance, compliance, and environmental matters. /li /ul h3Requirements. /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Law. /li li2+ years of relevant experience as a Legal or Compliance Counsel. /li liUnderstanding of document registry procedures. /li liExperience working with document templates. /li liKnowledge of contractual documentation related to the sale of the company’s main products. /li liCuriosity, perseverance, and attention to detail. /li liResults-oriented, highly ambitious, responsible, and able to work independently and take ownership of results. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liUpper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong legal writing skills.
