You will be the client's trusted advisor, recommending the right interpreting solution for each need, and their point of reference throughout the sessions, ensuring timely execution, high-quality standards, and compliance with budget limitations. /p pWhile interpreting will be your primary focus, you may also have the opportunity to manage localization projects as team needs arise. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject management: manage a diverse range of interpreting projects, from single meetings to multi-day, multilingual events, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines. /li liClient consulting:



advise clients on the most suitable interpreting solution for their needs (mode of interpreting, number of interpreters, language combinations, technical equipment and platforms), translating their requirements into a clear, feasible project plan. /li liInterpreter coordination: select, brief, and coordinate our network of professional interpreters (and technicians where needed), providing leadership and support to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery. /li liSession support: act as the client's point of contact before, during, and after interpreting sessions, coordinating briefings and preparation materials, running technical checks, monitoring sessions live, and promptly solving any issue that may arise. /li liProfit Loss: oversee project budgets and profitability, managing costs to meet financial targets while maintaining service quality. /li liProcess improvement: collaborate with Senior Project Managers to test and implement more efficient processes and workflows. /li /ul pThe position will include the possibility of working on public holidays, as well as outside standard hours when sessions require it. /p pFor remote candidates, a training period at our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome (Italy), can be organised. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in the interpreting industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager and a thorough understanding of the different interpreting modes and of how interpreting events are organised. /li liStrong familiarity with Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI) platforms and interpreting equipment; experience with localization projects is a plus. /li liExcellent proficiency in English, with an additional language such as German or French preferred. /li liStrong computer and web proficiency. /li liExcellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend the right solution. /li liExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to think and adapt quickly, particularly during live sessions. /li liStrong motivation and work ethic,

The actual package depends on factors such as location, scope of responsibilities, and performance. Compensation generally grows quickly as experience leads to greater contributions.
