Encourage quality awareness within the team to reduce errors and support continuous improvement. /li liContribute to the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the operations area, integrating them into daily practices and team behaviours. /li /ul h3What you'll need to have /h3 ul liExperience coordinating or supervising a team, ideally in a fast-paced operational or customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, logistics, production or similar). /li liUnderstanding of basic operational processes, tools and working methods, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new ways of working. /li liStrong leadership skills, with the ability to adapt different leadership styles according to the needs of people and situations. /li liAbility to understand costs, priorities and key performance indicators, using them to plan activities and support decision-making. /li liProactive approach to following standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in daily routines. /li liInterest or basic skills in safe equipment usage (training provided).
