Siamo alla ricerca di uno/a stagista motivato/a ad acquisire competenze specialistiche in ambito legale e a confrontarsi con attività concrete e trasversali.
Avrai l'possibilità di affiancare il team nella gestione del contenzioso e del recupero crediti, oltre a fornire supporto legale alle funzioni aziendali nella redazione e negoziazione della contrattualistica relativa alle operazioni di factoring e confirming.
Il percorso ti permetterà di approfondire tematiche giuridiche complesse e trasversali, contribuire alle attività della struttura e sviluppare progressivamente autonomia operativa e capacità di analisi.

Cosa farai:
Supportare la gestione delle pratiche di contenzioso e delle attività di recupero crediti, sia in ambito giudiziale sia stragiudiziale
Monitorare le procedure concorsuali, gli strumenti di regolazione della crisi d'impresa e le posizioni a rischio
Aggiornare le informazioni nei sistemi aziendali e contribuire alla predisposizione della reportistica periodica
Fornire supporto legale alle funzioni aziendali nella redazione, revisione e negoziazione della contrattualistica relativa alle operazioni di factoring e confirming
Svolgere ricerche e approfondimenti giuridici e supportare la redazione di pareri, memorandum, note e altra documentazione legale




Sei la persona giusta per noi se hai:
Laurea in Giurisprudenza e interesse per le materie oggetto dell'attività della struttura
Proattività, intraprendenza e voglia di mettersi in gioco, con curiosità e motivazione ad apprendere
Autonomia e senso di responsabilità, con capacità di prendere in carico le attività assegnate, organizzare le priorità e individuare soluzioni
Capacità di analisi, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio, unite a un approccio concreto e orientato al problem solving
Attitudine al lavoro in team, buone capacità comunicative e apertura al confronto
Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:
Laurea e/o master con approfondimenti in materia di crisi d'impresa, strumenti di risanamento e procedure concorsuali
Esperienze pregresse, anche brevi, presso uffici legali aziendali, studi legali o altre realtà aziendali, preferibilmente in ambito di crisi d'impresa e procedure concorsuali.
