Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in Italy, passionate about technology and customer success, to join our After Sales & Service team.
Your responsibilities
Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross Italy.
Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts,
service packs).
Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of work in place.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
Fluent Italian and English required.
Available to travel short periods abroad.
Skilled in MS Office and Teams.
Willing to learn custom software packets.
Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset.
Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed.
No fear of heights or vertigo.
