Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and care plans
Monitor residents' conditions, assess changes, and document vitals and observations
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks
Maintain accurate nursing notes and charting; ensure compliance with policies
Report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse or physician promptly




Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care and safety
Requirements
Local candidates only
Active LPN license in Alabama
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule (19:*****:30) and provide 36 hours weekly
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
Capable of complying with facility policies and safety procedures
