Overview

As Global Product Manager, you own the MV Secondary Switchgear AIS/GIS portfolio across its lifecycle. You’ll shape strategy and roadmaps, translate market needs into priorities, and drive development, launches, and lifecycle decisions. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D; and Operations, you’ll align priorities to deliver growth and profitability. You’ll lead cross-functional execution globally, and advance sustainability goals, including SF6-free solutions. This role offers global impact and the opportunity to influence a broad portfolio.

Responsabilità

- Define and maintain global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle priorities for MV Secondary Switchgear AIS/GIS
- Translate customer and market requirements into product, technology, and portfolio priorities
- Lead lifecycle management from introduction to phase-out and drive new developments and improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Operations to enable go-to-market, launches, and training
- Plan launches, phase-ins/outs, and ensure market readiness and target achievement
- Monitor competitiveness, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams




- Provide product expertise for strategic opportunities and escalations; govern decisions and roadmap priorities
- Ensure regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, quality, and internal governance compliance
- Advance innovation and sustainability priorities, including SF6-free transitions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years in MV switchgear, product management, or related field
- Experience in global, cross-functional environments
- Understanding of MV switchgear applications, standards, regulatory compliance, safety, sustainability, SF6-free portfolio transition
- Track record in global product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
- Experience with go-to-market, product launches, and cross-regional execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally
