We are looking for a People Business Partner Specialist (Maternity Cover) to support the Central Functions of the Group Head Office in the execution of core HR activities and people processes. Supporting managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters;
Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting onboarding processes;
Assisting in the implementation of performance management and talent review processes;
Supporting learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the relevant HR teams;
Monitoring headcount movements and maintaining HR data and reports;
Preparing HR analyses and presentations to support business decision-making;
Ensuring the correct application of HR policies and procedures;
Providing support on employee relations matters, escalating issues when appropriate;
Collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement HR projects and initiatives;
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist,



HR Specialist or HR Business Partner support role;
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation;
Good analytical and organizational skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Fluent English.
We offer employment at the IV level in accordance with the CCNL ANIA and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Starting gross annual salary of 36K€.
