/p h3The Position /h3 pFor our facility in bCaronno Pertusella (VA) /b, Italy, we are looking for a bPurchasing Specialist /b who will support procurement activities, contributing to the achievement of business objectives through effective supplier and purchasing process management.




/p pThe successful candidate will work closely with various departments, ensuring the availability of goods and services while meeting quality standards, delivery requirements, and cost objectives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the purchasing process for assigned materials, goods, and services.
/li liIdentify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
/li liRequest, analyze, and compare commercial and technical quotations.
/li liNegotiate commercial terms in line with company policies and guidelines.
/li liMonitor supplier performance in terms of quality, service, and delivery reliability.
/li liCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure effective procurement management.
/li liSupport supplier scouting activities and the development of new sourcing opportunities.
/li liContribute to cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
/li liEnsure accurate management of procurement-related documentation and data.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li liPrevious experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.




/li liStrong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
/li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP/business management systems.
/li liExcellent command of the English language.
/li liStrong organizational skills, result orientation, and problem-solving attitude.
