Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso.Field Service Engineer – Testing MachinesTasksProvide on-site support for the product range, including, but not limited to calibration, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of materials testing systems in Italy.Proactively look for leads for new tools/machines, accessories and other services.Be familiar with the company’s product life cycle in order to be able to advise customers regarding obsolescence.Report on competitive equipment and activities at customer sites.Ensure that adequate preparation and planning is made before each visit so that the job is completed correctly without the need for further follow up visits.Ensure that planning for visits including travel is carried out in the most cost-efficient way.Deliver basic software training to customers, when required.Reponsible for quality of own work and ensure all administration is accurate and up to date,
