Position: Healthcare Administrative Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design realistic, complex scenarios based on deep experience in healthcare operations.
Build supporting records and author tasks to train AI agents .
Evaluate healthcare operations tasks for AI model training and improvement.
Focus on medical coding , prior authorization , and revenue cycle operations .
Work independently with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration .
Ensure tasks align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administrative roles.
Experience with payer portals , EHR platforms , and coding tools.
15+ hours/week commitment.
Preferred Experience owning exceptions and disputes, such as appeals or coding audits.
Experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
