Today, we are 80+ people, serve 900+ customers, raised €12 million in ****, and are expanding internationally.We are building the operating system for construction.The roleWe are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who loves working with customers, solving problems and understanding why things happen.You will join our Customer Success team and work across onboarding, customer engagement and portfolio management.You will have real customers to follow from day one.What you will doHelp new customers get started with Pillar.Monitor customer activity and spot when something is not working.Proactively contact customers who are becoming less active.Understand why they are stuck and help them get back on track.Support customers throughout their journey with Pillar.Collect feedback and bring customer insights back to the team.Work closely with Customer Success and Product.A customer hasn't logged into Pillar for five days?
