Responsabilità
Lead the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives with defined roadmaps, budgets, and milestones
Coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners through the implementation lifecycle
Provide governance to ensure AI programs are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans
Monitor program performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies,



with escalation and corrective actions
Drive adoption, change management and communication to maximize business value and user engagement
Support transition of AI solutions into operational environments ensuring sustainability
Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
Solid understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and deployment approaches
Experience managing complex transformation or technology programs in AI, automation, or digital transformation
Experience in AI-related initiatives including governance and change management
Previous managerial experience with ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and working with development teams
Experience with senior executives in global, multicultural environments
Full professional proficiency in English
