ResponsabilitàLead and develop a sales team, coaching and mentoring for progression
Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and in-person meetings
Manage customer relationships for new clients,



ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades
Provide accurate forecasting of sales volume
Implement regional sales programs and training plans with Heads of Desk
Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and processes
Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Requisiti fondamentaliTrack record of sales management, ideally in FX or cross-border financial services
Financial services experience; a network is advantageous
First-class communication skills
Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior SME level
Fluency in Italian and English
