This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, international retail business, supporting a wide range of commercial operations. /p h3About the role: /h3 pYou will act as a trusted business partner, providing clear, practical, and timely legal support while balancing legal risk and business objectives. You will be expected to handle and coordinate national and international transactions as well as cross-border legal matters, working effectively across different jurisdictions and with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a combination of strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Contract Management /h3 ul liSales, agency and distribution agreements /li liFranchise and licensing agreements /li liService agreements /li liPurchase and supply agreements /li liIT, software licensing, SaaS, and digital service agreements /li liOutsourcing, facility management, and utilities contracts /li /ul ul liSupport management in strategic decisions relating to partnerships, procurement, and retail operations. /li liAdvise on contract liabilities and manage related litigation matters /li liProvide clear, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Support /h3 pPartner closely with departments including Sales, Procurement and Finance. /p ul liContribute proactively to business discussions, understanding commercial drivers and aligning legal advice accordingly /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liLaw degree with excellent academic credentials and bar qualification is essential.



/li liAt least 5 years of post-qualification legal experience at a top tier law firm, with extensive exposure to corporate matters, commercial agreements is a must. /li liAdditional knowledges of company law and extraordinary corporate operations is a plus. /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. /li liProven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts. /li liAbility to balance legal risk with commercial opportunity, applying a pragmatic approach. /li liHigh level of integrity, professional judgment, and resilience. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. /li liCapacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pIn OVS Group you will find a structured company, a dynamic and strongly results-oriented environment.
