You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for group travel, from supplier negotiations and pricing calculations through to commercial promotion and final sales to B2B/B2C customers. /ph3Your Key Tasks /h3ulliDesign and plan travel itineraries from scratch, defining logistics, schedules and timings. /liliCalculate pricing for travel packages using Excel, defining net costs, mark-ups and margins. /liliManage operational bookings, including entering reservations into the system and managing allocations and “line rooms”. /liliSelect suppliers and negotiate rates with travel industry partners, including hotels, bus operators, tour guides and restaurants. /liliDevelop and promote the customer portfolio, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate recreational associations (CRAL) and other associations. /liliPresent commercial proposals in an engaging and compelling manner, managing negotiations through to contract closing. /liliMonitor sales performance to achieve the revenue targets agreed with Management. /liliAttend industry trade shows,



workshops and national and international networking events. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience in group booking, travel programming/product development or sales roles within tour operators, incoming agencies or hospitality businesses. /liliExcellent knowledge of Excel, including formulas for quotation and pricing calculations. /liliFamiliarity with travel management systems, CRMs or booking engines. /liliExcellent command of English (minimum C1 level). /liliKnowledge of a second language, particularly German, is considered a strong advantage. /liliStrong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, high resilience under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. /liliFlexibility and willingness to travel for industry events and trade shows. /li /ulh3Our offer /h3ulliInitial one-year fixed-term employment contract under the ANPIT CISAL TURISMO Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL). /liliSalary commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience and qualifications. /liliFlexible working hours. /liliA dynamic, stimulating working environment focused on professional growth and development. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
