pEMEA Recruitment is supportinga successful, growing manufacturing business within a complex international organization. /p pThey are looking to appoint a Business Unit Finance Director with significant commercial exposure, who can act as a true business partner and operate with a business leader mindset. /p pYou will work closely with the Business Unit Head and senior commercial and operational stakeholders, helping shape strategy, drive performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure that business decisions translate into sustainable financial results. /p h3Key Responsibilities of the Business Unit Finance Director: /h3 ul liTake ownership of the financial performance and PL of a significant global business line /li liPartner closely with the Business Unit Head and commercial leadership to drive growth and profitability /li liIdentify, anticipate and manage financial risks and opportunities /li liChallenge commercial assumptions and support decision-making with clear, actionable insight /li liWork closely with Sales to evaluate customers, pricing, contracts, opportunities and commercial performance /li liPartner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to optimize the manufacturing and supply network and overall cost-to-serve /li liSupport new customer acquisition,
