Your role we are looking for an environment health and safety communication training assistant (intern) who will support the design, development and delivery of training initiatives aimed at enhancing our global ehs awareness and performance.
Main responsibilities design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs
conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and stakeholders
create effective and engaging training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, guides and videos
coordinate the training calendar, logistics and participant communications
monitor training effectiveness through feedback and kpis, driving continuous improvement
develop and implement internal communication plans to support projects and initiatives
draft and edit content for internal communication channels, ensuring consistency with company values and brand guidelines
collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact
monitor and analyse communication effectiveness and employee engagement levels
Main requirements thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques




proficiency with microsoft office (sharepoint, forms, excel, powerpoint) and basic photo/video editing software (asset)
knowledge of methods to identify training needs, reporting and evaluating results
ability to apply basic evaluation techniques
experience in web design and content production is a plus, including copywriting and editing
good oral and written communication, presentation skills, outstanding organisational and planning abilities
bachelor's or master's degree in humanities, ehs, communication, marketing or related fields
english level c1; italian; french (nice to have)
