We're seeking a Reward Partner to join our People & Culture team and drive meaningful impact across our EMEA organization. In this role, you will be based at our Italian HQ in Monza and your main responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with business leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to consult on advanced compensation and benefits topics, creating innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues.
Design, implement, manage and communicate innovative and effective rewards programs and policies that align with organizational strategy.
Monitor and assess compliance, regulatory environment and best practices related to rewards, ensuring global and local/legal guidelines are understood and adhered to.
Provide guidance, coaching and training to Reward Analysts within PSS to enable understanding of organizational structures, policy interpretation,



and global reward practices.
Drive practice enhancements through participation in global and local project squads aligned with the Compensation, Benefits & Recognition Area of Practice.
Serve as a member of the PR&R; chapter in the continual improvement of work processes and in reducing work from the system to create a more efficient organization.
Proactively seek process improvements and innovation, executing the strategic direction set by the People Reward and Recognition Chapter Enabling Team.
Who You Are: Deep expertise and experience in the compensation field, preferably in structured multinational companies, with knowledge of national regulation and managing mediterranean countries.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
