/li liSupport post-merger integrations, site transfers, network harmonization initiatives, and quality culture transformations. /li liCoach and develop site Quality leaders and quality teams. /li liStrengthen quality culture and continuous improvement capabilities at site leadership level. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring To The Table /h3 pTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: /p ul liMaster's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering or related Life Sciences discipline. /li li15+ years of experience within pharmaceutical Quality functions. /li liSignificant experience as: Site Head of Quality/ Head of QA/ Senior Quality Leader within GMP-regulated environments. /li liDemonstrated experience supporting FDA, EMA and international regulatory inspections. /li liProven track record managing complex remediation programs and quality transformations. /li liExperience leading cross-functional and multi-site initiatives within global pharmaceutical organizations. /li liExperience participating in mergers, acquisitions, site integrations or large-scale organizational change programs is advantageous. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
