ensuring continuous development of the employees.QualificationsYour experiencesDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Master’s or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/controlling within multinational or matrix organizations, ideally on engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of Italian accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, and proficiency in financial software (ERP, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools).
