h3Where passion meets opportunity /h3pThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! /ph3Your Purpose /h3pReporting to the Planning Fulfillment Coordinator, the Purchasing Agent works with merchandising and planning teams as well as the forwarding and logistic teams to coordinate the merchandise activities. /ppThe Retail Department aims to maximise the economic return by defining the best retail offer and by delivering a best-in-class shopping experience for our guests. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliProcess purchase orders for the assigned categories and follow up on all shipments. /liliWork with vendor partners to improve/maximize fill-rates, timely shipping, and vendor compliance. /liliCollaborate with Logistics on inbound and outbound product flow for enhanced speed-to-market initiatives. /liliCoordinate with vendors to resolve issues regarding performance and flow of goods. /liliCheck Invoice/PO discrepancies and facilitate the communication between Finance and vendors to solve payment issues. /liliIdentify loading dates according to Retail Global Calendar. /liliEnsure the goods are delivered at the warehouse or alongside respecting the agreed dates. /liliLoad the order confirmation on time to enable the warehouse to prepare custom documentation and the ships to load the merchandise in the system. /liliCommunicate with the Onboard retail teams to foster collaboration. /liliManage delivery delays with vendors and modify confirmation of shipment if needed. /liliMaintain the Cargo communication. /li /ulh3Your Journey so far /h3ulliUniversity Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain, or Procurement, or equivalent qualification/working experience. /liliRelevant working experience in replenishment and/or planning, preferably in the Retail sector.



/li /ulh3Your Essentials /h3ulliExperience in retail or planning with strong analytical skills. /liliMS Office literate with good knowledge and use of Excel. /li /ulh3Our commitment /h3pIn line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are pleased to share the compensation details for this role. /ppThe role is entitled to a gross annual salary between € 28.000 and € 32.000.
