- SupportthecoordinationofVIParrivals,amenities,specialoccasions,andpersonalizedguestarrangementsincollaborationwiththerelevantdepartments.
- Assistinmanagingguestrequestsandfollow-ups,ensuringpropercommunicationandcoordinationbetweendepartments.
- Maintainaccuraterecords,reports,anddocumentationrelatedtoguestrelationsactivities,inaccordancewithhotelstandardsandprocedures.




- Supportthemanagementofreservations,confirmations,specialrequests,andpre-arrivalarrangements,liaisingwiththerelevantdepartmentswhennecessary.
- Monitorguestfeedbackandonlinereviews,assistinginthefollow-upandreportingofguestsatisfactionandservice-relatedissues.
- Supportthehandlinganddocumentationofguestcomplaints,ensuringappropriatefollow-upandescalationtoseniorteammemberswhenrequired.
- EnsurecompliancewithhotelSOPs,dataprotectionrequirements,andestablishedservicestandards.
- Maintainupdatedknowledgeofhotelservices,facilities,andoperationalprocedurestoprovideaccurateinformationandeffectivesupporttoguestsandinternalteams.
