Overview
As a Junior Planning Coordinator, you will support the Large Power Strategic Planning Manager and leadership team with day-to-day operations. You’ll organize meetings, manage travel and expenses, and handle administrative tasks to keep the team efficient. This entry-level role suits a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. You will work closely with leaders to enable smooth planning and execution, contributing to the organization’s strategic priorities.
Retribuzione / Benefits salary range 27.000 to 34.000 gross per year

Responsabilità Meetings coordination: logistics, calendars, room bookings, agenda collection; ensure materials and action items are tracked
Travel & expense support: plan travel, assist with expense reports, maintain documentation




Administrative & operational support: general admin tasks, site visit coordination, document/presentation support
Requisiti fondamentali 1-3 years in business support, office coordination, event management, or similar roles
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
