Overview
In this role you will drive compliant, omnichannel digital engagement for selected products within the Commercial Portfolio. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate content and impactful customer journeys on approved channels. You will analyze insights to optimize performance and maintain platform readiness and governance. Analyze customer insights and channel performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Manage the digital content lifecycle across approved channels ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate development and deployment of promotional and non-promotional digital content within portfolio strategy
Monitor engagement metrics and journeys to optimize digital experiences
Maintain channel readiness and deployment schedules for reliable activation




Drive compliance and governance across all digital activities, ensuring audit-ready workflows
Collaborate with Commercial Portfolio Unit, Medical, Regulatory, EE, and external partners to deliver digital initiatives using analytics and insights
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Fluent in Italian and English
5-8 years of digital marketing and omnichannel experience, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare
Proven ability to leverage insights and data to develop and optimize digital engagement plans
Strong expertise in omnichannel execution, content lifecycle management, and governance in regulated environments
Hands-on experience managing content, platforms, activation, readiness, and deployment across multiple touchpoints
