Operations Team Lead (Sea Freight) The company is an international shipping company with a strong presence in sea freight, looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our growing team in Genoa, Italy.

Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations
Manage import and export shipments while supporting the team operationally.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Monitor operational performance, costs, and service quality.
Resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong sea freight background.
FIATA, customs, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
