Manpower Professional , on behalf of a leading company operating in the design and manufacturing of machinery and processing systems forindustries, is seeking an International Technical Sales Engineer to join its international sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships across the USA, Central America, and South America , working closely with a network of distributors and sales agents while supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Manage and develop assigned international distributors and sales agents.

- Coordinate and schedule customer visits together with local partners.

- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

- Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical-commercial proposals for both standalone machines and complete processing plants.

- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process through order confirmation.

- Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and service departments to ensure successful project execution.

- Monitor order progress and provide customers and distributors with ongoing updates.

- Support post-sales activities,



including maintenance and service requests.

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territories.

Requirements

-

- At least 5 years of experience in international sales of technical products , industrial machinery, equipment, or engineered solutions.

- Fluent English , both written and spoken.

- Availability for frequent international travel.Proven ability to manage distributors, agents, and complex B2B sales processes.

- Strong commercial attitude with a customer-oriented and consultative approach.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
