Collaborate daily with our CTO to support and scale technical and operational initiativesAct as a bridge across departments: engineering, design, HR, customer success, finance, and marketingOwn our Authorization Models — RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC experience is a mustHelp design, implement, and improve internal tools, workflows, and documentationTackle technical tasks or coordinate with dev teams as neededParticipate in high‐level strategy and planning, while handling hands‐on executionAbsorb cross‐functional knowledge and gradually own more responsibilityContribute to scaling our infrastructure, systems, and team culture as we grow
