Your responsibilities

- You contribute to process optimization and digitalization projects and help ensure that initiatives are implemented reliably and effectively.
- You support marketing and organizational development initiatives across the group.
- You assist in the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries.
- You coordinate activities across our locations and keep track of open tasks and next steps.
- You support the management team in special projects and group-wide initiatives.
- You contribute to M&A; and growth projects.

Your profile

- A university degree, for example in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
- A high level of initiative, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to quickly adapt to new topics and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to align stakeholders and follow through on agreed actions.
- Enjoyment of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to engage people in change processes and successfully drive initiatives forward, even when interests differ.
- Excellent German and Italian language skills.
