The Hotel Operations Intern supports the day-to-day activities across the hotel's operational departments, gaining exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events, and other guest-facing areas. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations while contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operational activities across multiple hotel departments.
- Assist with guest requests and help ensure high service standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Events teams as required.
- Participate in operational briefings, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Support the coordination of special events, VIP arrivals, and group activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting,



and operational audits.
- Observe and learn hotel procedures, brand standards, and safety protocols.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel brand positively at all times.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in hotel operations and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
