Overview

As Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Technical Architect, you design and implement enterprise-grade data management solutions within Salesforce Professional Services. You act as a Data Cloud SME, enabling AI-driven data use across client ecosystems while coordinating with PMs and other architects to deliver on-time integrations. You’ll guide architecture, governance, and cross-cloud data flows, communicating effectively to diverse audiences in English and Italian. This role offers strategic influence and hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilità

- Serve as primary Data Cloud authority to support project delivery and AI-enabled outcomes
- Drive strategic design through application/technical blueprints that integrate Salesforce with customer infrastructure
- Design and guide enterprise data architecture with emphasis on governance, security, and privacy
- Lead integration best practices, architecture standards, and environment management; conduct code reviews




- Facilitate executive stakeholder engagement and align technology strategy with business value
- Troubleshoot critical implementation issues and manage risk to achieve successful resolutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Data Cloud expertise with design/configuration experience for enterprise use cases
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud mastery with at least 2 years in Email Studio/Journey Builder/Automation Studio
- Strong SQL, AMPScript, SSJS knowledge; REST/SOAP API integration experience
- 10+ years in professional services with architecture-focused experience
- Deep knowledge of MDM, data distribution, data modeling, metadata and lineage
- Ability to document solutions, data flows, and technical artifacts clearly
- Ability to translate client requirements into the Salesforce product suite and map business processes to technical solutions
- English and Italian fluency; willingness to travel 25–50%
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
