Overview

In this role you will expand and manage MICE accounts across seven Hilton hotels in Italy, acting as an on-property sales extension. You will identify and convert inbound MICE opportunities, while collaborating with hotel teams and Hilton Worldwide Sales to reach targets. You will work with national and international agencies, DMCs and event planners to grow business and build lasting relationships. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment requiring independent organization and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This role offers the chance to shape growth in the MICE segment within a globally recognized hospitality brand.

Responsabilità

- Manage national and international MICE agencies, DMCs, event planners and corporate accounts
- Identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities and conversion
- Acquire new customers through industry events, networking and prospecting activities
- Understand market conditions and the competitive landscape within each destination
- Identify and analyze market trends and emerging opportunities within the MICE industry




- Work proactively with hotel teams to increase sales, revenue and conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand business needs and objectives
- Arrange site inspections with hotel sales teams and organize customer events when required
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Focus on developing emerging vertical markets and new business opportunities within the MICE segment

Requisiti fondamentali

- Native-level Italian and fluent English
- Willingness to travel
- Established portfolio of international MICE accounts and industry contacts (preferred)
- Proven ability to drive business growth and close sales opportunities
- Previous sales experience in the MICE segment, preferably within hospitality
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
