Overview

In this role you will orchestrate the governance and coordination of Amplifon’s Country IT Heads, ensuring local business needs align with the Group IT strategy. You will partner with the CIO office, drive budgeting, portfolio prioritization, and performance reporting across markets, and support M&A; initiatives. You help standardize practices and accelerate value realization while addressing local market requirements. This is a pivotal role in shaping a scalable, cross-country IT governance framework.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate the global community of Country IT Heads to ensure alignment and collaboration across markets
- Serve as the governance partner for country IT organizations on strategy, operating model, and compliance
- Lead CIO communications and executive reporting, including town halls, strategic reviews, and board-level updates
- Drive annual strategic planning and multi-year roadmap processes aligned with Global priorities
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting to improve transparency, forecast reliability, and resource allocation




- Ensure country IT investments and initiatives align with global standards and strategic goals
- Consolidate demand, portfolio, and investment priorities across countries and business functions
- Monitor execution of initiatives and address delivery risks to realize benefits
- Identify opportunities for standardization and shared services to improve efficiency and scalability

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 8 years of IT governance, IT strategy, CIO Office, portfolio management, or related experience in a multinational environment
- Proven experience coordinating international stakeholders and working across cultures and organizational boundaries
- Proven experience running budget and multi-year planning processes and prioritizing investments
- Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to leverage Generative AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity (advantage)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of IT governance, service management, risk, and information security frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus
