Overview

In this role you drive and implement customer offering initiatives at a global scale, shaping pricing, positioning, and portfolio choices to support Regions and Countries. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Retail Excellence to enable region-wide execution of offering guidelines. You monitor pricing, margins, and competitive actions, informing top management with actionable insights. This role offers the chance to impact global pricing governance and customer-centric product and service models, contributing to Amplifon's mission of improving the customer and employee experience.

Responsabilità

- Design and roll out new offer, pricing and service models aligned with commercial strategy and customer needs
- Contribute to global pricing governance, guidelines and discount/promo policies
- Monitor pricing and margin performance across Regions and recommend strategic actions
- Support the Affinity program monitoring,



product launches and external partner relationships
- Assist Regions and Countries in adapting global offering guidelines with cross-functional collaboration
- Design and coordinate global competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform pricing/offer decisions
- Maintain dashboards and KPI tools; prepare analyses and recommendations for top management

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years in pricing, revenue management or offering roles in global companies, or 2–3 years in strategy/management consulting
- Master in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or other numerically rigorous field
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI); SQL familiarity is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong data-driven decision making and complex problem solving with commercial awareness
- Ability to translate analyses into strategic plans and roadmaps; structured prioritization and execution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proactivity and leadership
