Help us grow MyParcel in Italy
Are you a hands-on sales professional who enjoys winning new customers, closing deals and helping online merchants get started? Would you like to build lasting customer relationships while growing a business in the Italian market?
MyParcel is growing in Italy, and we are looking for two commercially driven Sales & Account Managers. You will find new customers, understand their shipping needs and turn opportunities into active accounts. You are comfortable with e-commerce technology and willing to guide customers through a standard webshop connection. For complex technical questions, you can involve our technical specialists.
What will you do?
- Win new business: Proactively approach Italian e-commerce merchants, follow up on incoming leads and convert opportunities into active customers.
- Own the sales process: Manage your pipeline from first contact and discovery through proposals, negotiation, closing and the customer’s first shipment. Keep opportunities and next steps up to date in Salesforce.
- Build customer relationships:



Become a trusted commercial contact for Italian e-commerce merchants, with regular follow-up and a practical understanding of their business.
- Grow accounts: Help existing customers grow their shipping volumes with MyParcel, identify relevant additional services and address issues that could lead them to leave.
- Understand customer needs: Discuss merchants’ shipping challenges and explain how MyParcel’s platform and carrier options can support their business.
- Help customers get started: Guide merchants through account setup, standard e-commerce plugin connections and their first shipment. Coordinate with technical colleagues when more complex integrations or issues require specialist support.
- Bring market insights: Follow developments in Italian parcel shipping and e-commerce, understand competing offers and share customer feedback to improve our proposition and commercial approach.
