Your Role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Merchandising Intern to join our Trade Marketing & Merchandising Team, reporting to the Merchandising Coordinator.

This internship represents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-paced beauty environment. You will support the team in the development and execution of merchandising materials and projects aimed at enhancing in-store visibility, improving customer experience and supporting product launches across our Direct Operated Stores worldwide.

In particular, you will:

- Support the creation and development of in-store merchandising materials for new product launches.
- Assist in project brief preparation, prototype reviews, colour checks and material fine-tuning activities.
- Support project execution and monitor timelines to ensure launch deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate code requests and project-related communications.
- Manage order entry activities in SAP.
- Maintain and update merchandising databases,



POP catalogues and lifecycle files.
- Support quality checks on merchandising materials and artwork proofs.
- Assist in preparing merchandising materials and presentations for internal meetings.
- Support the creation of weekly guidelines and communication materials for stores.
- Provide operational support for franchising activations and special merchandising projects.
- Manage archives and merchandising documentation.
- Support stores with operational requests related to merchandising activities.

What you will need to succed:

- Degree or Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English.
- Passion for the beauty and retail industry.
- Previous experience in Retail, Trade Marketing or Merchandising is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
