Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Management Engineer and Project Manager - Intern role based in Milan. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of consulting and design projects, assisting in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Day-to-day activities include analyzing client requirements, gathering and organizing data, preparing reports and documentation, and helping ensure projects align with the Lean Presentation Design Methodology.

The role involves collaborating with designers and consultants, contributing to process improvements,



and supporting the implementation of tools such as the MLC PowerPoint Add-in. The intern will also participate in client meetings, support internal communication, and contribute to training and workshop logistics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Network Security and Information Security awareness to support secure handling of client materials and internal data.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve operational or technical issues related to tools and project workflows.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Management Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with PowerPoint and other productivity tools; familiarity with presentation design or visual communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is beneficial.
