You’ll build trusted relationships with founders and engineering leaders, shaping production test strategies and driving long-term partnerships. You work cross-functionally to deliver demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and tailored programs that accelerate startups toward tape-out. This role combines hunter sales with deep technical engagement in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.ResponsabilitàMap and qualify target accounts across Europe based on funding, tape-out timing, and OSAT/foundry partnershipsOwn the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition from prospecting to closingEngage test and product engineering leaders early to influence production test strategies using Teradyne solutionsDevelop commercial and technical engagement models for startups, including evaluation programs and tester accessCoordinate internal resources to deliver demos, benchmarks,



and proof-of-concept engagementsCollaborate with Marketing to strengthen presence in startup ecosystem through events and networksMaintain pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy in CRM and startup-tracking toolsShare best practices with US AI Startup Team and regional sales organizationsRequisiti fondamentaliBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience5+ years in semiconductor sales, sales engineering, applications engineering, or test engineering with a proven win track recordHunter mentality: motivated, self-driven, and capable of building a territory from scratchStrong understanding of semiconductor test (ATE, wafer sort, final test, system-level test) and journey from silicon to high-volume manufacturingFamiliarity with AI and HPC semiconductor tech (accelerators, high-speed interfaces, HBM, chiplets, packaging, silicon photonics) desiredEstablished network within European startup, xysqume VC, or semiconductor ecosystem advantageousExperience with Teradyne IG-XL and UltraFLEXplus is a plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives and technical audiencesFluent in English; additional European languages advantageousAbility to work independently and in a distributed global teamCollaborative mindset with ownership, accountability, and a can-do attitudeexcellent communicationrelationship-buildingcollaborationsemiconductor test (ATE, wafer sort, final test, system-level test)AI and HPC semiconductor technologiesaccelerators, high-speed digital interfaces
