This role ensures a cost-effective, timely, and high-quality supply to our production sites while driving supplier excellence, sourcing strategies, and continuous cost optimization initiatives. Job Description: * Responsibility for strategic and operational procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of production sites. * Implementation of the regional procurement strategy and continuous improvement of local purchasing processes and supplier structures. * Conducting price, contract, and commercial negotiations, as well as concluding supplier agreements. * Analysis of procurement markets and identification, qualification, and development of new suppliers to ensure a competitive supplier base. * Establishment and maintenance of sustainable supplier relationships,



including supplier performance management and claims management. * Close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and regional Procurement teams. * Leadership, coaching, and development of the local procurement team. Required Skills and Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment, combined with a solid technical understanding. * Proven experience in the development and implementation of procurement and supplier strategies. * Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization. * Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership capabilities with the ability to develop team members and collaborate effectively
